When these Terms refer to “we,“ “us,“ or “our,“ they refer to Aviral. When they refer to “the Service“ or “platform,“ they refer to our video generation tools, Studio, Autopilot features, and all associated services.

Aviral provides AI-powered video creation tools including avatar generation, script writing, automated editing, caption generation, B-roll placement, and content scheduling through our Autopilot feature.

Our platform offers:

AI Avatar Creation: Generate realistic talking head videos using AI actors based on your photos
Automated Video Production: Script-to-video conversion with captions, hooks, and B-roll
Autopilot Mode: Scheduled content creation and queue management
Team Collaboration: Organization-based project and asset management
Professional Rendering: High-quality video output powered by Remotion and AWS

2.2 Content Creation Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: AI-generated content may require review and editing. Users are responsible for:

Ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of generated content
Compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
Respecting intellectual property and personal rights
Verifying facts and claims in AI-generated scripts

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account and join or create an organization. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain up-to-date account information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Respect intellectual property rights
Not contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material

4.3 User Content License

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, render, and deliver your content solely for providing the Service. This includes temporary processing by AI providers (HeyGen, OpenAI, Anthropic) for video generation.

5. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with leading AI services. By using Aviral, you acknowledge:

HeyGen: Processes photos for avatar creation and voice synthesis
Claude/GPT-4: Generates scripts and analyzes content
AWS Services: Renders videos and stores media assets
Processing is automated with no manual review of your content
Third-party services do not retain your data for training

6. Privacy and Data Protection

You own all content you create using Aviral. We claim no ownership over your videos, scripts, or media assets. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload or generate.

8. Payments and Credits

8.1 Subscription Plans

Aviral offers tiered subscription plans with different credit allocations:

Starter: $29/month - 20 videos
Pro: $79/month - 60 videos
Enterprise: Custom pricing for unlimited scale

8.2 Credit System

Video generation consumes credits based on complexity and length. Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over. Additional credits can be purchased as needed.

8.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Credits consumed are non-refundable. Contact support for refund requests.

9. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Content created using our platform
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Third-party actions or platform integrations
Service interruptions or changes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Upon termination:

Access to the Service will cease immediately
Unused credits are forfeited
Your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted
You may export your content before termination

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
